Every episode seems too short -- shorter and shorter the farther into this season we get! I can't believe there are only two episodes left.

Tonight's episode, specifically when Ani gets on the bus and gives up her purse and there's NO going back, reminded me of 1x4 with the 6 minute single-take shot when Cohle goes with Ginger to rob the stash house. It wasn't executed the same way, but the suspense literally had me on the edge of my seat, I was so "WTF's going to happen?!?" Plus I wasn't sure if what happened to Irena was foreshadowing for Ani or just meant to seem like it.

I have to be up at 4:45am but I'm so keyed up now, I don't know how I'm going to sleep. Argh!

OMG, WHAT AN EPISODE!!!!

I was right on the edge of freaking out when Ani went to the party because I had no idea whether or not she would make out alive. To me, this was a stellar episode (because that opening shot! *faints*)

It's so terrible that there are only 2 episodes left, yeah. Especially because it feels like this season actually kicked off in episode 3.
